  I've been to alot of different Starbucks, they are all high priced. But we all go anyways... when they took my order I said light on the ice and when they made my order they filled the cup bottom to top with ice and put the coffee in between. Then she couldn't get my lid on and it took four of the servers to actually get it on. I waited longer for my lid to get on than it took me to drink it. Been to this location about 3 times cause it's close to work and haven't been satisfied

  Location routinely fails to manage volume. Customer line is often so long it easier to submit a mobile order. Employees have no sense of urgency or desire to speed service up at all. Avoid at all costs if looking for a quick drink.

  This use to be my favorite starbucks but not over the last 6 months. Its extremely slow & drive thru is even slower. If you go late at night no wait. I go out of my way to sr23 /ironwood most times. Mike a long time employee will be opening a new store at hertiage square march cant wait to try that one out its out of my way but worth it for fast & great service.

  Staff this Sunday 02/19/17 1900 hour very slow and not helpful at all,until my husband and I made some kind of complaints because of their slow service.No one should be prompted to help only if the costumer will make it known that they are irritated due to their slow poke ways...Mangaer...please talk to your staff,because I am not the only person to have this observation of your current paid staff at this particular shift.
