  This place is the worse service I have seen for McDonald. Doesn't matter if a busy Friday/ Sat night, they only have one person on the counter and you stand in line just to place your order. They said they would bring the food to my table and after waiting over 15 minutes I went to the counter and my food was sitting there cold. I ask the girl why someone didn't bring it to me like they said and a snotty black teen said I'm not bringing you any food. Here is my suggestion, get automatic machine to take our order so we don't have to wait in line. Then hire some illegal Mexicans that want to work and work fast to bring you your food. Either way I think McD corporate should consider taking this francise back. Very poor service!!!

  Horrible experience every time I visit the McDonalds on Grape Road! I have lived in the same residence for five years that is close to this McDonald's and I have yet to leave the McDonald's without something being wrong with the order. Nasty managers. Today is my last time I will go to that McDonald's. In fact it's going to be awhile before I return to the McDonald's at all.

  Ordered two sausage egg mcmuffins, which arrived in my hands only seconds after I ordered, and they were plenty hot and ready. The place was clean and the staff thanked me for coming in. Nice experience.
